Ihor Kushnir became the CEO of Kyivmiskbud in 2012, taking over the company at a difficult time for the construction industry. Under his leadership, the company not only maintained its market position but also significantly expanded its operations, becoming one of the leading developers in Ukraine.
During his tenure, Kyivmiskbud has implemented more than 50 residential and commercial real estate projects with a total area of over 1.5 million square meters. Thanks to the introduction of modern technologies and approaches to construction, the company has provided housing for thousands of Ukrainian families, raising the standards of quality and reliability in the industry.
Ihor Kushnir also actively contributed to the development of social infrastructure by initiating the construction of schools, kindergartens and medical facilities in new residential complexes. His strategic vision and ability to adapt to changing market conditions have allowed Kyivmiskbud to remain an industry leader for many years.
